The Incident:
Floatplane 301 failed to return after sortie sweep in an area between Snæfellsnes and Reykjanes.
The search area also covered Hvalfjörður.
When the floatplane was not back on time, 5 aircraft were sent to search for the missing floatplane without a success.
The Crew:
All killed in the crash.
